Returning to Santiago

Last night we arrived safely to Santiago and were greeted at the airport by the family. We arrived home to be surprised by the birth of Sairy’s niece, born this past Thursday. The house was decorated for Christmas with lights and a beautiful Christmas tree. For dinner we had yuca and queso frito!!! This morning we woke up and are beginning to prepare for the group.
Keep Sairy and her family in your prayers. We learned her grandmother is again not doing well and is in a coma. Mommi is currently with her in Sabeneta. With the birth of a beautiful blessing, the family is also preparing for the loss of the matriarch. During this crazy season of Christmas, we are reminded to take time to appreciate those around you and be thankful for the many blessings.
