June 14, 2013- Austin

Today was a fun day in the Dominican republic. We started our morning off early in the radio station where Pastora does a morning talk show.

Then we were off to cuesta arena and I was painting the tin roof. I got a lot of paint on my hands and clothes. It won’t come off.

Then we went to Los Cocos for VBS. I showed the kids how to read a piece of paper on the back of a ruler. They sang songs and climbed on me. It was lots of fun.

Then we went to a monument to see all of Santiago from to top of the hill. We walked around the monument and saw all of the statues.

Then we went back to Pastoras house for dinner. We had noodles, rice, and chicken. It was very good.
